These terms govern use of fuelworkskitchen.com and orders placed with Fuel Works Kitchen.
Orders and availability
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Fuel Works may accept, decline, or cancel an order because of product availability, pricing errors, delivery limitations, suspected fraud, or other operational reasons. If we cancel after payment, the affected amount will be refunded.
Prices, taxes, fees, and payment
Prices, applicable taxes, delivery fees, discounts, and the final order total are displayed at checkout. Payment is processed through the available payment provider. You represent that you are authorized to use the payment method submitted.
Pickup and delivery
Customers are responsible for providing accurate contact and delivery information and for selecting an available fulfillment option. Perishable orders must be refrigerated promptly after pickup or delivery. Delivery estimates may be affected by traffic, weather, building access, and other conditions outside our control.
Food allergies and nutrition
Ingredient, allergen, and nutrition information is provided to help customers make informed choices. Meals are prepared in a shared kitchen that handles the major food allergens, and cross-contact may occur. Nutrition values are estimates and may vary with ingredient and portion differences. Customers with a severe allergy should contact Fuel Works before ordering.
Accounts and acceptable use
If you create an account, you are responsible for keeping your login information confidential and for activity under your account. Use the website only for lawful purposes. Do not interfere with its operation, security, accounts, checkout, or other customers’ use.
Website content
Fuel Works Kitchen owns or licenses the website’s text, graphics, photographs, logos, and other content. You may not reproduce, distribute, or commercially use that content without written permission.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Fuel Works is not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the website or an order. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
