Heating & Storage

Heat. Eat. Go.

Fuel Works meals are fully prepared and designed to make your next good decision easy.

  1. Refrigerate your meals promptly at 40°F or below.
  2. Eat refrigerated prepared meals within 3–4 days unless the package displays a different use-by date.
  3. Microwave: Loosen or vent the microwave-safe lid and heat for about 2 minutes. Stir or rotate, then continue in 30-second intervals.
  4. Always heat the center of the meal to 165°F, measured with a food thermometer.
  5. Oven: Remove the meal from its plastic container and use an oven-safe dish at 350°F until it reaches 165°F.
  6. Freeze meals you will not eat within the refrigerated window in airtight, freezer-safe packaging. Thaw in the refrigerator—never on the counter.

Appliances vary. Heating times are estimates, and food-safety temperature is the final guide.
